All aspects of passenger, baggage, cargo and airport perimeter security are incorporated. A security survey can include access control, baggage screening, perimeter security, CCTV, catering and cargo security as well as passenger screening and passport profiling. Our Senior Aviation Consultant, since leaving the British Army, has become a world leader in his field having gained 29 years of experience in front-line aviation security and emergency planning. He was formally a senior manager with the British BAA Group and has been awarded all the relevant UK Department for Transport certificates in security management, emergency planning and training. He was instrumental in setting up the first prototype 100% hold baggage screening project on behalf of the British Government. ‘The Five Level’ screening system was adopted by ICAO State Members worldwide and he 

held the official position of Aviation Security Advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Transport, Baghdad. From August 2009 to April 2015 he was Security Vice President of Arik Air Airlines at the security corporate level. He is a member of the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators [IABTI]. In addition to his security and emergency planning qualifications, he holds a British National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.

DOG (K9) Unit: Our (K9) Unit is a very prominent unit capable of searching for drugs and explosives, locating missing people, finding crime scene evidence, and attacking people targeted by the police.

K9 Specialties Include:

• Apprehension and attack dogs – These dogs are used to locate and subdue suspects or enemies.

• Search and rescue dogs (SAR) – These dogs are used to locate suspects or find missing people or objects. Belgian Malinois, German shepherds, Golden retrievers, Labrador retrievers, and Bloodhounds can all be used.

• Detection/explosive dogs – Some dogs are used to detect illicit substances such as drugs or explosives which may be carried on a person or in their effects. Many police dogs are trained to detect marijuana, heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, and methamphetamine.

• Dual purpose dog – Also known as a patrol dog, each of these dogs is fully trained and skilled in tracking; handler protection; off-leash obedience; article, area and building search; and criminal apprehension.
